Running promotions, Find Influencers to advertise, and get people to share your funny posts. There are countless ways to use social media, and plenty of platforms to choose from. Choose which ones you like, start creating content, and watch your business grow from the new exposure.

Publish a blog

We have all heard the rumours that blogging is dead but this is far from the case. People love to read and if you have something of value that they will keep coming back for, you should use this to your advantage. Having a blog on a business website is one of the best ways to connect with people and get them to your website. Hopefully, they will stick around to see what you can offer them, especially if you launch a new product. But, remember to keep your content relevant to your business. There is no point writing about the latest makeup trends when you are selling plumbing supplies.

Use SEO

If you are not familiar with SEO, don’t worry. It is the process of creating content that will show up in a search engine. The better the content and the SEO of a site, the higher it will appear in the search results. The goal is to get as close to the first page as possible as this is where you can get the most traffic. There might be 50,000 pages of results but people do not want to click through them to find your site. If you are not familiar or don’t know where to start with SEO, you could consult an expert to put you in the right direction.

Emails lists are one of those things that people say that they will bui;d but rarely do. Having an email list is a great way to let people back to your business with special offers or upcoming sales. Don’t be afraid to make the most of your email list and let people know what you are up to. But make sure that you don’t email people too much. They should look forward to your emails, not roll their eyes and unsubscribe. Email lists can create a great call to action if they are used properly.
