Mmm, Super Bowl Cocktails!! Let’s start this off by saying, I’m a Pats fan. Yes, the New England Patriots, baby. You can love ’em or hate ’em but I’m all about the Brady, Gronk and Edelman … Sadly, the Pats aren’t playing in Super Bowl 50 but I still wanted to share some fun Super Bowl Cocktails – and, I’m sharing some for each team since I’m not biased – well, since I’m very nice because, yeah, the Pats did lose the AFC Championship to the Broncos so … Keep Pounding Panthers!

Carolina Panthers Cocktails
There are so many fun Panthers Cocktails to make thanks, largely to the pretty blue color that is easily accomplished with Blue Curaco liquor. I love this recipe for a Blue Crystal Cocktail from A Beautiful Mess, pictured above.
2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
6 oz pineapple juice
Blend, pour over ice. Garnish with a cherry and a lime wedge!
Carolina Blue Iced Tea
Combining the traditional Long Island beverage with the Carolina classic of Sweet Tea, this Blue Iced Tea tutorial from Tipsy Bartender is delicious.
Denver Broncos Cocktails
- 2 oz Zodiac vodka
- 1 oz triple sec orange liqueur
- 2-3 oz orange juice
- orange slice for garnish
Combine the vodka, triple sec liqueur and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with fresh squeezed orange juice. Garnish with a slice of orange. Recipe twists include using an orange flavored vodka and adding a splash of orange crush pop.
- 1 cup Hornitos® Plata Tequila
- ¼ cup Orange Liqueur or Triple Sec
- ¼ cup chilled orange juice
- 2 12-oz bottled chilled lager
- Orange slices for garnish
Mix tequila, orange liqueur and orange juice in a pitcher filled with ice. Add lager and stir. Serve over ice in short or tall glasses. Garnish with orange slice.
