Studying for your degree is no easy task. You are often juggling your studies with work, other commitments, and the normal social activities of a 20-something-year-old. This can take its toll on your health, but there are some things you can do to maintain good health while studying for medical school or another similar field. #1 Set up a schedule

The first thing you need to do is set up a schedule and stick with it. This will help regulate your daily routine and ensure that you don’t forget anything important, such as going to the gym or getting enough food in your system. If possible, try out different schedules until you find one that works best for you. For example, if staying outside of the library studying every day from 10 pm – 11 pm isn’t working well for you, but doing so on Saturdays doesn’t work either, then maybe alternating between those two times would be better suited towards maintaining good health while studying towards your degree. 

You may also want to consider switching certain days around depending on how much sleep works best for you. Everyone has a slightly different body clock- some people can get by on only five hours of sleep, while others are fine with eight. #3 Prioritize your responsibilities

#4 Get some exercise in

However, this doesn’t mean that you need to run a marathon or take part in strenuous workouts every day! #7 Utilize your community 

It’s a good idea to use your community when you’re studying towards medical school because it helps build a strong support system that is always helpful in the long run. Make time for going out with friends and loved ones whenever possible, even if this might mean putting off some work until later on- especially during those weeks where there are more deadlines than usual.
