Reduced Fat Cheese, Full Flavor
When you’re on the go, it’s important to stay energized. A quick snack can do just the trick for keeping you fueled and ready for your life’s adventures.
I was challenged to find the perfect #LifeIngredients to pair with reduced fat Alpine Lace® Deli Cheese to create a delicious, easy, adult-friendly snack. The results? Yum!
I love cheese and crackers but am working toward a healthier diet. I found these awesome Dr. Kracker Apple Oat Crunch Culinary Crisps that are loaded with protein, fiber and whole grain. I knew that they would be the perfect match for my Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Cheese!
To make my snack I laid out a slice of turkey, topped it with a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of an Asian pear. Then I cut the layers into six squares and put each square between two crisps. I’m lucky I even got one! My teenagers loved them!

This cheese with those crackers and apple sound delicious!!
These look great. I’ll bet the savory Alpine Lace Swiss goes well with the apple/oat crackers. This is definitely a balanced snack that would be very satisfying.
I am all for cutting fat and/or calories when I can. I try to eat healthy, but cheese is one of those things I am not willing to give up completely.
My coworker brings Alpine to work as a snack. It helps tie her over until the next meal we can squeeze in.
These are the perfect snack that would certainly give me the energy to make it through the rest of my afternoon. It is great that this cheese has reduced fat but still has a great taste.
Oh wow. Your recipes look really tasty. Thanks so much for sharing it.
I love cheese more than anything; but I have never heard of 25% less fat cheese. This would be interesting to try!
Those crackers looks so yummy and then with the cheese…awesome. I am really wanting to try out this brand but haven’t seen it anywhere yet. I’ll be on the lookout!
I believe they carry it at any Walmart that has a deli. I found the prepackaged slices next to the deli counter not in the meat and cheese section.
We like to snack on protein and I have a weakness for crackers. This seems like a nice mix to make it a healthy option without too many carbs.
This looks like a delicious yet healthy snack. I bet it would fit in great with my new diet.

This a good spin to the usual cheese and crackers. Alpine Lace cheese looks promising.
