Craving Lobster

Okay, I’m making this official. The Hubs and I are having lobster for our Valentine’s Day dinner! I think I got a little spoiled this summer when we visited Popham Beach and Boothbay Harbor. I’ve been struggling with the texture of beef and chicken a lot lately and I’m not a huge fan of fish. Shellfish, however, I can dig! And dig, and dig and dig. Lobster, shrimp and clams!! Ohhh, is it SUMMER yet?! Nothing like a giant Seafood Boil to make your heart beat with loveeee! This was the last Seafood boil we did… Did I mention I was craving lobster?! Must. Get. Some. NOW!

So, since I live in New England I am able to get lobster at a pretty decent price but its the off-season and I’m not right near the coast.
