I Hate Laundry!!
No, really. I hate doing the laundry! It never stops!! Our washer and dryer are also in our basement and I loathe that space in my home. I get the worst taste in my mouth every time I’m in the basement whether its for five seconds or five minutes. Lucky for me my husband lugs all of the dirty clothes to the basement, washes and dries them and brings them back upstairs where I fold them and put them away. Recently, the oldest has started doing his own laundry on a regular basis, likely sick of having to accidentally share his shirts and socks with the youngest.
My middle child is supposed to do her own laundry with help from me but she tends to fill the bathroom hamper with her own clothes to get out of ever having a full basket. I really need, want, have to have a way to share the responsibilities across the board. And, I think I’ve found my solution! The Whirlpool WashSquad App. With little work on my part I can set up the laundry tasks, delegate them and track and reward them for their progress. Sounds like a win for all of us, especially my husband who has been shouldering the brunt of the laundry tasks since we moved here two years ago.
