Raspberry Cheat Cake
Super quick, super simple raspberry no bake cheesecake. The kids and I whipped this up on a whim last night.
It literally took seconds and tastes great! Extra creamy raspberry dessert. 5 Ingredients, 5 minutes prep.
Beat the following ingredients together until smooth:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Pint Fresh Raspberries OR 10 oz Bird’s Eye Deluxe Red Raspberries (Frozen, Whole- In Syrup)
Pour mixture into a Ready to Eat Graham Cracker Crust. Cover and chill for two hours.
Eat. Love. Eat some more.
Your pretty savvy in the kitchen! I love, love, love this recipe! I’m thinking a great last minute dessert for last minute guests, or even a dessert for the holidays! It’s pretty festive looking-and I love how you can use fresh or frozen raspberries!
