ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Bars

Typically, my favorite kind of “nutrition” bars are packed with more fat, sugar and calories than a Big Mac- you know, Milk Ways, Twix… I suffer from the extremely unwaning desire for sweets. Every night my husband and I have our “sweets” before bed- a really, really unhealthy bad habit we’ve somehow developed over the last year. Maybe its a candy bar or a cake- but it’s been pretty sad. And then, I was introduced to Abbott’s ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Bars. Not only do they satisfy my sweet tooth but these little delciousness in a wrapper taste better than those empty calories in a candy bar. They really are that good. Yum!

How ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Bars Compare

Did I mention that these are delicious? Well, they are! Now, lets get into some numbers- I’m comparing my King Size Milky Way (yes, King Size) to a ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Bar- butritionally speaking.

Milky Way: 466 Calories (160 from Fat), 18g Fat (12g Saturated Fat), 73g Carbs, 61g Sufar, 1g Fiber, 4g Protein.

ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Chocolate Bar: 190 Calories (50 from Fat), 6g Fat (4g Saturated Fat), 21g Carbs, 14g Sufar, 3g Fiber, 12g Protein.

The serving size of the ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Chocolate bar might be smaller in terms of size but it is just as satisfying as the King Size candy bar. It also has less than half the calories, one-third the fat, about a quarter of teh carbs, less than half the sugar and three times the Fiber and Protein!

ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt Bars Flavors

ZonePerfect Greek Yogurt bars come in three delicious flavors; Chocolate, Vanilla Berry and Raspberry. These are just a small sampling of the ZonePerfect brand which now offers bars in a variety of 27 flavors.
