I’ve decided to add a little inspiration to my blogging and have committed to Capturing my 365 with a photo every day along with whatever words come along with that photo. Today’s photo prompt is In Low Light. You can also follow my photos on Instagram! Are you doing the challenge also? Tweet me your links with hashtag #CY365 or post them on my Facebook Page!
If you know me, then you know I’m not a morning person. I’m the type of girl that starts dreading the alarm before my head actually hits the pillow the night before. So, when I had to get up at 5Am to travel 120 miles south, I was a little less than enthused. It’s not the travel, or even BEING up that early. It’s the waking up part.
But, I made it. I got up, ready and out the door and even arrived 15 minutes early (a really big deal for me!). Along the way I had trouble with visibility thanks to a thick fog that surrounded me almost all the way there. It was tough to see the end of my hood! But, it was abnormally warm for a New Hampshire winter morning so I suppose I had to expect some drawbacks associated with it being over 40 degrees!
At one point, just before the sun came up, the fog broke for a short time. I had to pull over to take this shot. It was like beautiful swallowed me up and the woods were coming alive from the darkness. Hope you enjoy it!
Have a great night!!
