I wanted a little something different for dinner tonight. I came up with these three cheese Jalapeño burgers on potato buns and broccoli slaw. Super huge HIT!
Three Cheese Jalapeño Burgers
I used about 3/4 of an envelope of onion soup mix, two pounds of ground beef and an 8oz bag of Mexican cheese that was a mixture of Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeño Peppers, Muenster Cheese and Cheddar Cheese.
I mixed all of this together with about 1/4 cup of cold water. This made eight patties. I cooked them on the George Foreman grill because our outdoor grill is out of propane (of course! First really nice day in a while!)
Mix 3 cups of shredded broccoli (can buy already shredded) with 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 5 tsp of vinegar, 4 tsp sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for a least a couple of hours.
