If you are looking for something indulgent to treat yourself to, then choose dark chocolate. There is no sweet treat better for the skin than dark chocolate which contains a huge number of antioxidants that will help to prevent signs of aging and help you to keep your skin moist and supple. Just stay away from varieties that contain sugar as that can dry out the skin and cause breakouts negating the power of dark chocolate somewhat.
