41 year-old Dad, Steven Steller has spent the last few weeks driving from Stark, NH to Lancaster, NH three days per week for four hour dialysis treatments. Even with those treatments, he’s been given a death sentence. Unless he receives both a kidney transplant and a new pancreas to cure his End-Stage Renal Disease and Diabetes. Steven is severely diabetic (Type 1) and needs these organs to survive. His doctors are at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, a 100 mile trip each way. A trip that he has to make quite frequently and his Fiance will need to make often while he is hospitalized following the transplant(s) procedure.

Because of multiple diabetes complications, Steven lives on a fixed income and doesn’t have the financial means to pay for travel to and from all of these medically necessary treatments. If all of our friends and family gave just $5 each we can make sure that he doesn’t miss an appointment for lack of gas money and his 11 year old daughter will get her wish… To have her Dad in the auditorium at her Graduation in seven years. Although my ex-husband, this man gave me two of the most precious gifts I’ve ever known, my children. Now its time we give him the gift of life!
