1lb Hamburg
2 12oz Cans Biscuits
15 oz Can Pizza Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Pizza Cheese
Additional Toppings (I added garlic, onions and peppers to my hamburg. Would have added mushrooms but I forgot to buy them)

Quarter biscuits. Drop into a greased 13×9 pan. Brown meat, add additional toppings, stir in sauce. Drizzle over biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Add cheese. Bake additional 10 minutes.

Time saving tip: I used a can of spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce and doubled my meat and additional ingredients. The extra meat sauce is going in the fridge so the Hubs can mix it with a box of cooked elbows tomorrow night for dinner since I will be teaching night classes! Two easy dinners in no time!

PS-I REALLY don’t like opening refrigerated biscuits! I’m afraid of the POP! How irrational is that?!!

  1. Great recipe! Thank you everyone loved it! However I had to cook it a lot longer because the biscuits were just too doughy for us! Thanks again!
