Turning off the laptops also as too much screen time before bed can make it difficult to fall asleep. 

Read A Really Good Book

One of the best ways to switch off from work and forget office issues is to have a good laugh. Laughing is an instant stress reliever as it causes you to take in more oxygen. It also stimulates your lungs and heart and will aid in increasing the number of endorphins released into your blood.
