Fresh vs Pre-Ground Beans

If you’re new to the coffee drinking thing, then it’s likely you don’t really think there’s a major difference between fresh and pre-ground coffee beans. We’re here to tell you that there very much is. One of the reasons that coffee at the coffee shop tastes better than coffee at home is that the coffee shop uses freshly ground beans. When coffee beans are freshly ground, they release that aroma and flavor into the hot water. When you utilize pre-ground beans, the coffee can go stale and lose its natural ability to properly flavor the hot water.
