Then you’re free to start applying for positions or you could even consider opening your own floristry business.

Web designers are in demand more than ever because every business out there needs a good website. People often think that it’s all about coding the website which is obviously a big part of it, but before you get to that stage, there’s a lot of creative design involved.

A good website needs to have a sleek design that sets it apart from other sites so before you actually build the website, you need to come up with an amazing design. If you’re a creative person, that area of web design may come naturally to you, but you will have to learn the nuts and bolts of building a website.

Luckily, there are some great free resources that will teach you the basics of coding. You won’t learn enough to be a successful web designer by doing that but it’s a good place to start. Then you can pay for their premium courses to learn the rest. You can also get a degree in computer science but it’s not absolutely necessary if you want to be a web designer.

Finding your first clients is going to be tough because you need to build a portfolio so it’s best to do some jobs at a reduced rate or even for free so you’ve got examples of your work to show.
