4. Coconut Oil And Lemon Juice

Coconut oil has essential fatty acids and vitamin E. It also has anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. The acidic properties of lemon juices will help lighten the scars. Coconut oil and lemon juice work best when they are used together. You will need to add a couple drops of lemon juice to coconut oil. Apply the mixture directly to the burn.

5. Black Tea

Black tea contains tannic acid, which can help draw heat out of burns. This will help reduce the pain. You will need to put three tea bag cups in one cup of cool water. Allow the tea bags to sit in the cool water for a few minutes. Gently dab the tea bags on the area that was burned.

If your child has suffered a minor burn, then you can treat it at home. If the burn is worse or infected, take your child to the hospital immediately for treatment.
