Project HOPE

I really love Project HOPE. When I look for philanthropic organizations to support I want to make sure that the dollars I donate are used to fund the cause and not line the pockets of already rich administrators. More than 90% of Project HOPE’s expended resources support their life saving health projects  around the world. I understand admin costs and feel like this is a pretty great margin! Learn more about their Financial Accountability here. Project HOPE has been delivering health education, medicines, supplies and volunteers where needed since 1958. This Mother’s Day, you can help!

 How you can help

With a donation as a little as $10, you can choose a gift to donate in honor of your Mom. In Project HOPE’s urgent help Gift Catalog, you’ll see exactly how your donation will bring urgent help and lasting hope for a mother or child in need. You can then send your Mother an e-card letting her know you’ve made the donation in her honor. Make your mother a part of the 1 in a 1000 Mother’s Day Campaign!
