Follow this great salmon recipe for a delicious meal that the family will love. In less than 45 minutes, enjoy classic Bourbon glazed salmon fillets.

Bourbon Glazed Salmon Fillets
Ingredients:

3 Tbsp. bourbon
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice (best if fresh)
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
1 Tsp. sesame seeds
¼ cup green onions
3-4 skinless salmon fillets from ShopFresh Seafood
Pepper to taste

Method:

In a zip lock bag, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, lime and minced garlic cloves and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Every half hour, shake the combined ingredients in the bag.

Once the 2 hours is up, heat a skillet to medium-high heat.

Use a non-stick pan if one is available, if not, spray the pan with a non-stick spray and add the skinless salmon fillets with the bourbon glaze.

Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Use a fork to test the flakiness of the salmon fillets.

Place a single fillet on each plate and add the remaining ingredients of sesame seeds and chopped green onions over top your perfectly cooked salmon. Dinner is served!
